Crossroads Village center is being planned as a mixed use project, comprising of townhomes, retail, hotel and restaurants/retail uses located in Prince William Co. DRIG's partners originated the project while working at Meladon Group and are Members of the Sponsor team in participation with Meladon Group.
Marriott Residence Inn, Ocean City, MD
Marriott Residence Inn –Located at 300 Seabay Lane, Ocean City, Maryland, the all-suite Residence Inn Ocean City located within walking distance to the Ocean City boardwalk and its beaches, the Residence Inn Ocean City offers its guests access to Jolly Roger Amusement Park, the Roland E. Powell Convention Center, Fager’s Island and numerous golf courses. DRIG's partners originated the project while working at Meladon Group and are Members of the Sponsor team.
Cascades Overlook, Sterling, VA
DRIG's partners assisted Meladon Group in developing this mixed-use town center in Northern Virginia. Acquisition, brokerage, pre-development and entitlements, project underwriting, financing and construction management services provided as part of the Meladon project team.
